About Marshland Aviation

Practical guidance and long-term support for aircraft acquisition, management, and ownership decisions.

Marshland Aviation, LLC was established in 2021 to support individuals, businesses, and ownership groups making complex aircraft decisions. From its inception, the company was built around a simple idea: aircraft ownership decisions deserve clear analysis, real operational perspective, and thoughtful planning beyond a single transaction.

Aircraft ownership carries long-term financial, operational, and organizational implications. Mission requirements, utilization expectations, maintenance planning, pilot considerations, and ownership structure all play a role in determining whether an aircraft is the right solution. Marshland Aviation exists to help clients evaluate these factors holistically and make informed decisions with confidence.

What We Do

Marshland Aviation provides aircraft brokerage, management, and consulting services designed to support informed, well-structured ownership. Our work spans aircraft acquisition and sales, ongoing aircraft management coordination, and advisory services that help clients evaluate options before committing capital or operational resources.

Consulting often serves as the starting point. Many clients engage us before deciding whether to buy, sell, or restructure ownership. From there, we support execution across acquisition, sales, and management, remaining involved as ownership needs evolve over time.

Marshland Aviation also owns and operates Cheaha Flight Training, a professional flight training organization, and Vela Jets, an aircraft charter brokerage. These affiliated businesses provide additional operational exposure and reinforce our understanding of aircraft utilization, pilot training, regulatory considerations, and day-to-day aviation operations across multiple segments of the industry.

How We Approach Aircraft Decisions

Our approach is deliberate, structured, and grounded in real-world aviation experience. We focus on understanding how an aircraft will actually be used, what responsibilities ownership introduces, and how decisions made today affect long-term flexibility and cost.

Rather than promoting a single solution or aircraft type, we help clients evaluate tradeoffs between options, understand risk, and determine the most practical path forward. Clear communication, documentation, and follow-through are central to how we work.

This perspective allows us to support a wide range of ownership models, including business aircraft, personal ownership, and shared ownership groups, each with different operational and governance needs.

Who We Work With

Marshland Aviation works with clients who recognize that aircraft decisions involve meaningful commitment and long-term consequences. This includes:

Clients often engage us when decisions involve multiple stakeholders, significant capital, or ongoing operational responsibility, and when an objective, experience-based perspective is valuable.

Looking Ahead

Since launching in 2021, Marshland Aviation has continued to expand its capabilities to support clients across the full lifecycle of aircraft ownership. Our focus remains consistent: providing thoughtful guidance, reliable coordination, and long-term support as ownership needs change.

If you are evaluating an aircraft decision and would like to discuss your situation in a structured, practical way, we are always open to starting the conversation.
